The following was again before the House in third reading: HOUSE CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 174(FIN) am H "An Act excluding certain trucks and vehicles provided by automobile dealers as replacement transportation during warranty, recall, or service contract repairs from the definition of 'passenger vehicle' for purposes of the passenger vehicle rental tax; and providing for an effective date." Representative Croft placed a call of the House and lifted the call. The question to be reconsidered: "Shall HCS SB 174(FIN) am H pass the House?" Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. HCS SB 174(FIN) am H was referred to the Chief Clerk for engrossment.
